After nearly four years, we are winding down the Policy Leadership Initiative.
The initiative emerged from a tension I had experienced over more than a decade working on digital policy in Brussels: those most impacted by tech-facilitated harms are too often absent from the rooms where decisions are made.
We have been honored to share knowledge with lots of great nonprofit and grassroots people this spring through our seminars and webinars. We are exciting to keep things moving this summer with even more offerings.

We had a great time getting to know some Bay Area organizations during our listening tour and at the Strategic Tech Teach-In. After listening, we designed a set of trainings to help these organizations with what they said they needed.
